Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand. This policy sets out clearly what happens if you need to cancel or move your charter, so there are no surprises and you always know where you stand.

Full Refund — 14+ Days Before

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event date, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit and balance paid. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of your cancellation being confirmed in writing.

Within 14 Days of the Event

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, as the yacht and crew have already been reserved exclusively for your booking. Where possible, we'll do our best to offer a one-time date change to another available slot within 90 days, subject to yacht availability and any difference in seasonal pricing — just reach out as early as you can.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or email info@boatpartydubai.com with your name and booking date. The earlier you let us know, the more options we have to help — including offering your slot to other guests on our waitlist, which can in some cases allow us to extend goodwill flexibility beyond the standard policy.
