Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand. This policy sets out exactly what happens if you need to cancel or move your charter, so there are no surprises and you always know where you stand.
Free Cancellation — 96 Hours or More Before
If you cancel 96 hours — 4 days — or more before your departure time, the cancellation is free and you receive a full refund of everything you have paid. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days of your cancellation being confirmed in writing.
Between 96 and 48 Hours Before Departure
Cancellations made between 96 and 48 hours before departure are charged at 50% of the charter price. Any food and beverages already ordered for your charter are non-refundable in full, as they are bought and prepared ahead of your departure.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Departure
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, and no-shows, are charged at 100% of the charter price, including any catering ordered.
If the Coast Guard Does Not Issue a Sailing Permit
Sailing permits are issued by the Dubai coast guard by 09:00 on the day of your charter, and we notify you as soon as we know. If a permit is not issued for your charter, you choose between a full refund and a free reschedule to another available date — there is no charge either way.
Rough Sea With a Permit Granted
If the permit is granted but the sea is rough, the captain may limit the route to sheltered waters for your safety. A limited route is not grounds for cancellation or a refund, and the charter goes ahead as booked.
Water Sports
Water sports are weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed. If conditions do not allow them on the day, the charter itself goes ahead as booked.
How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or email info@boatpartydubai.com with your name and your charter date. Your cancellation time is the moment we receive your written notice; a message sent after 22:00 Dubai time counts as received at 09:00 the next day. The earlier you let us know, the more we can do.
Deposit and Balance
A 50% deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before departure. If the balance is not settled by then, we may treat the booking as cancelled under the windows above.
