Boat Party Dubai is operated by Prestige Lux Tour, a DTCM-licensed tourism company based at Dubai Harbour. We take the privacy of every guest seriously and this policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
What We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (used for WhatsApp follow-up), and the booking details you provide — event type, date, guest count, yacht selection and any extras. Our website also automatically logs anonymised technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, together with cookie identifiers used for site functionality and performance analytics.
How We Use Your Data
Your personal information is used solely to process your booking request, confirm availability, and follow up with you on WhatsApp or email to finalise the details of your event. Aggregated technical data is processed through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor site performance and improve the booking experience. We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing partners.
Data Retention
We keep booking-related personal data for up to 24 months after your event, in line with UAE accounting and tourism-licensing requirements. After this period, your records are securely deleted from our systems. Anonymised analytics data may be retained longer in aggregated form, where it is no longer linked to you personally.
Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, to withdraw your consent, or to ask us to delete your data entirely. To exercise any of these rights, simply email info@boatpartydubai.com from the address linked to your booking and we will action your request within 30 days.
