Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every booking made with Boat Party Dubai, operated by Prestige Lux Tour. By submitting a booking request through our website, WhatsApp or email, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the conditions set out below.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to yacht and date availability at the time of confirmation. Submitting a request through our website does not create a binding reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have received your deposit in full and issued written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the conduct of the entire group on board.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and yacht. Once your booking is verified, we send a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email — we never request card details over the phone or in plain messages. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the point of confirmation. All prices are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our dedicated Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy in full before completing your booking, as it forms part of these Terms & Conditions and sets out the refund windows, date-change options and the procedure for notifying us of a cancellation.

Liability

Safety on the water is our absolute priority. The captain has final authority over the conduct of the charter and may shorten, reroute or cancel a sailing if weather, sea conditions or guest behaviour create a safety risk. Boat Party Dubai is not liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by extreme weather, marina restrictions, government directives or other events of force majeure. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will offer you the choice of a free date change or a full refund of monies paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising in connection with your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
